Well, the house is ready to sell. I took many hours, many people, and a lot of money to get it ready. But it is now on the market.Breakdown of work done:
Bedrooms: painted, new carpet, meticulously cleaned, new blinds
Bathroom: gutted, patched, painted, new mirror and vanity, new tile floor, new blinds
Kitchen: new tile countertop and backsplash, new vinyl floor, lots of cleaning
Living room: new carpeting, cleaned the walls
Backyard: tore down the aweful deck
And a brand new central air system. Wow, wish we'd done that when we lived there.
