Hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Saturday morning we got up early and headed to Little Rock for a quick visit with Aaron's family. We arrived in time for lunch. Saturday night, Sherry made some delicious veggies and Alan grilled some great steaks and chicken. We had a great evening fellowshipping with our family. Aaron's older sister, Heather, was there with her family and his younger sister, Shannon, was there with her family. The house was full and a little loud but we had a great time with all 6 of the kids.
Sunday morning came and we were up around 6:30. Annabelle enjoyed looking through her basket. Aunt Shannon got her a yummy chocolate bunny and some eggs with candy, Grammy and Poppy got her a pink bunny and some bubbles. I put a cute ducky, some eggs and pair of socks with Magenta, the pink dog from Blue's Clues, on them. I also got her a book that teaches about the real meaning of Easter. We read it before church.
Annabelle had a great time hunting eggs and looking at flowers after lunch. She picked up eggs and put them in her little green basket.
Look how sweet she is in her Easter dress. Her Auntie Rosemary gave it to her for her birthday. It is so cute on her. It has a layer of toole that makes it poof out. Grandma Ada called it her "can can".
Thank you to all who contributed to Annabelle's second Easter. We took lots of pictures. Jesus is the reason!
