Yesterday, Aaron picked me and Annabelle up and took us to get our midterm ultrasound. I had such a good time looking at the little miracle with my family. Annabelle did pretty well. She watched the monitor for a little bit then she kept Aaron busy. Kacey did a great job finding all the important stuff, legs, arms, spine, and cerebellum. She also showed us the umbilical cord, which was kind of all over. When we finally saw the sex I knew right away what I was looking at. She asked if I could tell what it was and I said "I see some extra stuff down there." I was right. I think we were a little relieved and very happy to find out. We called many people when we left and had some celebratory frozen custard at Freddie's. May the preparations begin!P.S. Don't you like my new hair cut?! It's the first cut I've liked in years.

I'm so glad you're posting about the new baby so I can comment. Congrats on your baby boy. I'm so glad things are progressing well. October will be here before we know it. It's funny that AB and Jason are 2 years apart and Maddy and the new baby will be 2 years apart...

I'm a bit jealous about you getting Freddy's, but I guess you deserve it. Next time you go, eat some for me ;-)
